Andre Blunt Supply
Outreach Privacy Notice
Last updated: 12 October 2026
If you received an email from us about branded kit for your company, this notice explains why, and it is given to you with that first email, as Article 14 GDPR requires.
1. Who we are
- Company: Andre Blunt Kft
- Trading name: Andre Blunt Supply is a trading name of Andre Blunt Kft
- Registered address: József körút 69. Fsz. 1. ajtó, 1085 Budapest, Hungary
- Company registration number: 01-09-451918
- EU VAT number: HU32967656
- Contact for privacy questions: hello@andreblunt.com
We are a small operation and are not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer. Privacy questions go to the address above and reach a person, not a department.
2. Where we got your details
Your name, work email, job title and company name came from Hunter.io, a business contact database that aggregates publicly available professional information. The business context we wrote to you about, such as roles your company is currently advertising or a new site it has announced, came from your company's own public pages and public job adverts. We did not get any of it from you directly, which is why GDPR requires us to give you this notice.
3. What we do with it, and why
We saw a specific, checkable business event at your company: the kind the email named, such as open roles advertised on your careers page or a new site announced on your own website. We wrote to you because that event usually means a round of branded kit, and that is what we supply.
Lawful basis: Article 6(1)(f), our legitimate interest in reaching businesses whose own public pages show a factual, verifiable business event of the kind our work serves. We only contact a business account (not a named individual with no business relevance), the email is clearly from us, it says plainly who we are and why we are writing, and it tells you how to stop hearing from us. We do not use your data for anything beyond this one outreach and, if you reply, the conversation that follows.
4. What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for their own marketing.
- We do not combine this with other data we hold about you or your company.
- We send one opening email and, absent a reply, up to two scheduled follow-ups, not an ongoing list.
5. Who else sees it
Hunter.io (our outreach tool) processes your email to send and deliver the message on our behalf, under its own data terms. No one else receives your data for this.
Hunter's privacy policy: hunter.io/privacy-policy
6. How long we keep it
If you don't reply, we delete your details within 90 days of the last scheduled email. If you do reply, including to say stop, we keep a record of that exchange for as long as reasonably needed to honour it (so we don't contact you again by mistake) and for our own accountability under GDPR Article 5(2). If you ask us for a kit sheet or a quote, we keep that correspondence as a business record for as long as we would keep any customer enquiry.
7. Your rights
You can, at any time and free of charge:
- Object to this processing. Reply "stop" to the email, or write to hello@andreblunt.com, and we will delete your details and not contact you or anyone else at your company again. This is an absolute right under Article 21. We do not ask why, and we do not argue the point.
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Correct it, if anything is wrong.
- Erase it, outside the cases in section 6 above.
- Complain to a supervisory authority: in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office; in Hungary, the NAIH.
To use any of these, email hello@andreblunt.com and we will respond within 30 days.
