This page sets out the information required under Hungarian and EU law for the operator of andreblunt.com. Andre Blunt is a house of made-to-order apparel. We make a few good things, the way we see them.

Email is the primary way to reach us. We answer in the order messages arrive.

What we sell, and how it is made

Andre Blunt sells physical apparel. Every piece is made to order. We do not hold finished stock. When you place an order, production begins.

Production and fulfillment are handled on our behalf by Printful. Typical production time is 2 to 5 business days, after which the order is dispatched. We ship worldwide. Production and shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with destination and carrier.

Hosting

The website and online store are hosted on the Shopify platform, provided by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1-2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland. Shopify operates the servers and infrastructure on which the store runs. Andre Blunt Kft. remains responsible for the content of the store and for the sale of goods through it.

Intellectual property

The Andre Blunt name, the garment designs, the photography, the written copy, the layout, and the visual identity of this website are the property of Andre Blunt Kft. or are used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trade mark, and design rights.

You may view and share this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or use any part of it for commercial purposes without our prior written permission. Product photographs and design artwork may not be reused or resold.

If you believe content on this site infringes your rights, write to hello@andreblunt.com with the details and we will review it.

Applicable law and consumer rights

These terms, and any sale concluded through andreblunt.com, are governed by Hungarian law and by the law of the European Union, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation). This choice of law does not deprive a consumer resident in the EU of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of their country of habitual residence.

Where you buy as a consumer, your statutory rights under EU and Hungarian consumer law, including the right of withdrawal for distance contracts and the right to a conforming product, apply in full. Nothing in this notice limits those rights. Specific terms of sale, returns, and withdrawal are set out in our Terms of Sale and Returns information.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint between us, you can refer the matter to a conciliation body (bekelteto testulet) in Hungary at no cost. For Andre Blunt Kft., established in Budapest, the body with jurisdiction is:

The Budapest Conciliation Board also handles cross-border online consumer disputes between a Hungarian consumer and a trader in the EU, and between a Hungarian trader and a consumer resident in another EU country.
