Shipping

Andre Blunt pieces are made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. When you place an order, the garment is produced for you, then sent. This page explains how production and transit work, what they cost in time, and who is responsible for what.

Orders are fulfilled through our production partner, Printful, from facilities in the European Union and elsewhere depending on the item and your destination. We ship worldwide.

How an order moves

Two stages. Production, then transit.

  • Production: 2 to 5 business days. Each piece is printed and finished after you order.
  • Transit: the time the carrier takes to bring the parcel to you, on top of production.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of production. Your total wait is production plus transit. The estimates below are for transit only.

Delivery estimates by region

These are carrier estimates after production, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather, and carrier load can extend them.

  • Hungary: 2 to 5 business days.
  • European Union: 3 to 7 business days.
  • United Kingdom, Switzerland, and the rest of Europe: 4 to 9 business days.
  • United States and Canada: 5 to 10 business days.
  • Rest of world: 7 to 20 business days.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email a tracking number and a link to follow the parcel. Tracking activates once the carrier scans the parcel into its network, which can take a day or two after dispatch. If you have not received tracking within seven business days of ordering, write to hello@andreblunt.com and we will look into it.

Shipping costs

We ship worldwide with a flat rate per order, shown in full at checkout before you pay. Orders over EUR 150 ship with our compliments. Flat rate by region: EUR 5 within the EU, EUR 9 to the United Kingdom, EUR 12 to Switzerland, the United States, and Canada, and EUR 18 to the rest of the world.

Taxes and duties

For orders delivered within the European Union, the price you see includes VAT. Nothing further is due on delivery.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, the price does not include local import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees. These are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. The carrier or the local customs authority will invoice them, usually before or at delivery. We cannot calculate these in advance and we have no control over them. If a parcel is refused at customs or returned because import charges were not paid, any return shipping cost may be deducted from a refund.

Addresses

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it carefully. We cannot reroute a parcel once production has begun. If an address is wrong or incomplete and the parcel is returned to the carrier, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which may carry a further shipping charge.

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your parcel is delayed well beyond the estimate, arrives damaged, or does not arrive, contact us at hello@andreblunt.com with your order number. Where an item arrives faulty or damaged in transit, we will replace it or refund it. For loss in transit, we open a claim with the carrier and resolve it with you. This is separate from your statutory right of withdrawal, which is covered in our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Your statutory rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right of withdrawal of fourteen days from the day you receive the goods, under Directive 2011/83/EU and the Hungarian government decree implementing it (45/2014. (II. 26.)). Custom-made and clearly personalised goods can be exempt from this right. Where it applies, it is set out in full in our Returns and Refunds Policy. Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any right you have under mandatory consumer law.
