Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of andreblunt.com and any order you place with us. Read them before you buy. When you place an order, you accept these terms.
We make a few good things, the way we see them. The terms below are written plainly, for the same reason.
1. Who we are
The shop is operated by Andre Blunt Kft. ("Andre Blunt", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Hungary.

For any question about an order or about these terms, write to hello@andreblunt.com. We are the seller and your point of contact. Production and shipping are handled on our behalf by a print-on-demand partner (currently Printful), but your contract is with us.
2. Scope and language
These terms apply to every order placed through andreblunt.com. They cover ordering, pricing, payment, production, delivery, returns, intellectual property, and liability. They do not limit any right you have as a consumer under mandatory Hungarian or EU law. Where a clause here conflicts with a right that the law gives you and cannot waive, the law wins.
The contract may be concluded in English. We do not file a separate copy of your individual contract; the confirmed order details and these terms together form the agreement, and we recommend you keep your order confirmation.
3. The products
We sell physical apparel. Each item is made to order. We name the cloth, the weight in grams per square metre, the construction, and the cut where those facts are available, so you know what you are buying.
Garments are printed and finished individually. Small, characteristic variations occur: print placement can shift by a few millimetres, colour can read slightly differently between screens and cloth, and stated measurements carry a normal production tolerance. These are properties of made-to-order goods, not defects.
Product images are shown as accurately as we can manage. Screens vary. A colour on your display is an approximation, not a guarantee of the exact shade of the cloth.
Sizing guidance is provided per product. Measure against a garment you already own and trust. If you are unsure, write to us before ordering.
4. Placing an order
The product pages and prices on andreblunt.com are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. Your order is an offer to buy.
The contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. If we cannot accept your order (for example, an item is unavailable, a price was clearly wrong, or production cannot proceed), we will tell you and refund any amount already taken in full.
Before you confirm, you can review your selection, quantities, size, and total, and correct input errors. Placing the order with the obligation to pay is the final step.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and include Hungarian VAT where it applies. The price you see at the point of order is the price that applies to that order.
Shipping costs, and any duties or import taxes for destinations outside the EU, are shown separately or noted before you confirm. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may be charged by the destination country on arrival and are your responsibility.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed. If a price is obviously and significantly wrong (a clear pricing error), we are not bound by it, and we will contact you before processing.
6. Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order, through our payment provider. We do not see or store your full card details. You confirm that you are entitled to use the payment method you provide.
We begin production once payment is confirmed. If a payment is reversed or fails after production has started, we may suspend or cancel the order and pursue any amount owed.
7. Production and delivery
Each item is made to order. Typical production time is two to five business days, after which the order ships. Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier, and is added to production time.
We ship worldwide. Any production and delivery windows we give are estimates in good faith, not guaranteed dates, unless a delivery date is required by law or agreed by us in writing.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you, or a carrier you chose yourself (one we did not offer), take physical possession of the goods. Where we arrange the carrier, risk passes on delivery to you.
If delivery is delayed by something outside our reasonable control (carrier disruption, customs, extreme weather, supplier or platform outages, industrial action), we are not liable for the delay, but we will keep you informed and help where we can. If we cannot deliver within a reasonable further period, you may cancel the affected order and receive a refund for it.
You are responsible for giving a correct and complete delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or it went unclaimed, we will arrange reshipment; a further shipping charge may apply.
8. Your right to cancel (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer in the EU, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
The withdrawal period ends fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party you named other than the carrier, take physical possession of the goods. For an order of several items delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To withdraw, tell us your decision by a clear statement before the period ends. Email hello@andreblunt.com with your order number. You may use the model withdrawal form, but you do not have to.
Effect of withdrawal
Return the goods to us without undue delay, and no later than fourteen days from the day you tell us you are withdrawing. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost (but not any extra cost arising from a delivery method you chose that was more expensive than our standard option), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We make the refund using the same means of payment you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise; the refund costs you nothing.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply proof that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. You are responsible only for any reduced value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the way you would in a physical shop.
When the right to withdraw does not apply
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, under Section 29(1)(c) of Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.). Standard items from our range remain returnable within the period above. A personalised or bespoke order, made to a specification you set, is final once production begins, and we will tell you clearly at checkout when an item is treated this way.
9. Faulty or incorrect items
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to a remedy under the warranty rules of the Hungarian Civil Code (Act V of 2013) and EU consumer law, including, as appropriate, repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.
Tell us within a reasonable time of noticing the problem, at hello@andreblunt.com, with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange a remedy at no cost to you. Where an item is genuinely faulty or wrong, we cover the cost of return.
A characteristic variation of made-to-order apparel, described in Section 3, is not a fault.
10. Intellectual property
The Andre Blunt name, the designs, the prints, the photography, the written copy, and the look of andreblunt.com are owned by Andre Blunt Kft. or used under licence. They are protected by copyright, trade mark, and other rights.
Buying a garment gives you the garment. It does not transfer any rights in the design or the brand. You may not copy, reproduce, resell for commercial purposes, or use our designs, marks, or images to make or promote other goods, without our written permission.
You may share photographs of our products for ordinary personal and editorial use. Commercial use of our marks or imagery needs our consent.
11. Acceptable use of the site
Use andreblunt.com lawfully and in good faith. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, scrape it at scale, or place orders fraudulently. We may refuse or cancel an order, and restrict access, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or a breach of these terms.
12. Liability
We are responsible for foreseeable loss and damage we cause by breaking this contract or by failing to use reasonable care and skill. Foreseeable means an obvious consequence, or one we both contemplated when the contract was formed.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for any liability that cannot be limited under mandatory consumer law or product liability law.
Subject to the paragraph above, we are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, for loss of profit or business where you bought as a consumer for personal use, or for delays and failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. Where liability is not otherwise excluded by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
Our apparel is made for ordinary wear. Follow the care guidance provided with each item. We are not responsible for damage caused by use or care contrary to that guidance.
13. Personal data
We process your personal data to fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Hungarian data protection law. To produce and ship made-to-order goods, we share the data needed for fulfilment (your name, delivery address, and order details) with our production and shipping partner and with our payment provider. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy on andreblunt.com.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published on andreblunt.com when you place it. Updates do not change orders we have already confirmed. We will date each version so you can see what applies.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any order are governed by Hungarian law, and by mandatory EU law where it applies. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory rules of the country where you habitually reside.
We would rather settle any problem directly. Write to hello@andreblunt.com first, and we will try to resolve it.
If we cannot, you may bring the matter before the competent Hungarian courts. As a consumer, you may also use alternative dispute resolution. In Hungary, the conciliation board (bekelteto testulet) attached to the county chamber of commerce can hear consumer disputes; the body for our seat is the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Bekelteto Testulet), 1016 Budapest, Krisztina korut 99. III. emelet 310. The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer maintained as a public service, so contact us or the relevant conciliation board directly.
16. General
If any clause of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest stay in force. Our not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order without our consent; we may assign ours where your rights are not reduced.
